Preston Moister is the Founder and Managing Director of Third Century. He has directed the firm’s development since its formation and approves all Investment Committee activities. Mr. Moister has spent his career in principal investing and corporate financial advisory.
Prior to Third Century, Mr. Moister invested on behalf of HQ Capital, a New York-based private equity firm with $4.5 billion under management. While at HQ Capital, he completed a number of successful private equity investments, totaling $420 million in committed capital across three dedicated funds. In addition, Mr. Moister managed proprietary relationships for the firm and helped raise new capital for a series of investment vehicles.
Mr. Moister holds a BA with Honors from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, and an OPM distinction from Harvard Business School.
Joel Iglehart joined Third Century in January 2014. As a Managing Director, he is actively involved in all aspects of the investment process.
Prior to joining Third Century, Mr. Iglehart provided strategic and operational guidance for a number of global enterprises on behalf of McKinsey & Co., a management consultancy. While at McKinsey, he specialized in the design and implementation of sales and distribution channel initiatives for client companies. Mr. Iglehart’s advisory work included the reorganization of a global consumer goods company, the turnaround of a medical device manufacturer, and a new market strategy for a major agricultural equipment manufacturer.
Mr. Iglehart attended Memphis University School. He holds a BA with Distinction from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Raghu Yelluru has over 25 years of experience in business applications, which includes over 20 years working with PeopleSoft applications and customers. During his nine years working at PeopleSoft/Oracle he held roles in global support and designed and developed many core PeopleSoft features as part of developing Financials, including receivables and general ledger modules. His vast development and functional knowledge brought him to co-found SmartERP where he is responsible for operations, product management and strategy.
