The biggest challenge was the lack of detailed ERP system documentation. SmartERP had to investigate and find out the appropriate data sources (tables/columns) for most of the dashboards. Some of the data sources, like the Payroll System, were outsourced. Thus, it was a challenge to get the data from the outsourced companies, integrate it, and transform it into QlikView loadable format.
