- With the proper security access, users can upload a video utilizing the publish video link
- SMEs can assemble content for various sources and group them together
- Courses – A course describes what a user will learn
- Offerings – an occurrence of training (e.g. the course Health & Safety can have eLearning Offering and Instructor-led offering)
- Activities – What you have to do to complete the offering (e.g. SCROM content to be viewed, classroom training to be attended)
- You must complete any one offering to complete the course
